Legado is a desktop application for managing numismatic collections, available for macOS and Windows, developed and sold by Tomatos21 Inc., a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Panama and owner of legadonumis.com. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms of use.
Purchasing Legado grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app simultaneously on two (2) devices you own. This license does not expire.
The following are expressly prohibited:
The license includes all app updates published during the two years following your purchase date, at no additional cost. Updates published after that period may require a new license, though the version you own will remain fully functional.
Legado Pro includes 500 AI credits, available from the moment of activation. These credits are used to generate contextual information about coins and banknotes through Legado's integrated service.
Additional credit packs can be purchased at legadonumis.com. Credits do not expire while the license is active and are not transferable between accounts. Credits already consumed are non-refundable.
Transactions are processed through LemonSqueezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Prices are shown in euros (€) and US dollars (US$). Applicable taxes are handled by LemonSqueezy in accordance with the laws of the buyer's country.
Legado is provided as is. While every effort is made to keep the app stable and error-free, we cannot guarantee it will run without interruption in all hardware or software environments.
Tomatos21 Inc. shall not be liable for any loss of collection data. We strongly recommend making regular backups of your database file.
How personal data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
These terms may be updated. Significant changes will be communicated by updating the revision date on this page. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. The foregoing does not deprive consumers of the rights granted to them by the mandatory rules of their country of residence.
